She was out on an appointment, we called her in a panic and she was able to work on our files while out in the field working on (another Clients') claim situation. "The philosophy at this agency is unique. They do quite a bit of fact-finding to see what would be a good fit for our situation. They engage in conversation , talk to us about our daily lives to then make suggestions from things that came up in the conversation. The Agent and her Team are very detailed. The review ended with ,allowing us to follow-up at our leisure on anything we felt might be a good fit. It gave us time to digest things and prioritize .
